This class focuses on slow, steady postures to help you build strength, flexibility, and a calmer mind. Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation. Beginners welcome.
You are welcome to bring your own mat and blocks, however there will be some here already laid out ready to welcome you, should you prefer.
If you are pregnant, have any injuries or health concerns, please inform me before class so I can support you safely.
