This Boot Camp uses the framework of Emotional Intel theory (self awareness, self management and social awareness, relationship management) and the Mindful Leadership Model ™ (awareness-attention-intention-action). Kym Cadle, Founder, Lead Consultant and Coach, CPCC leads this boot camp. Participants will assess their capacity - strengths and gaps - to drive necessary change through stakeholder engagement and collaboration. All connecting with the imperative to 'stop listening, start leading'. At the core: how do we address, develop and leverage the behavioral competencies needed to lead through this institutional transformation.
Participants will complete their Everything DiSC Management assessment and receive a comprehensive report that includes not only their style but also how to identify and work with other styles - a very useful process for collaboration. And, we'll go deep on this during the session. Developed by William Moulton Marston Ph.D., more than 75 years ago, DISC is an easy to follow and highly reliable behavioral assessment helping people to better understand and communicate with others.I'll speak to this as well.
