Thank you for joining me here at Internity.

My name is Caroline Williams and my passion is sharing the mindful moving art of Qigong and self-healing techniques.

Qigong comprises exercises that stimulate the energy system to release blockages that can manifest on a physical and/or emotional level. By focusing on the awareness of movement, the mind, our breathing and posture we can become aware of our personal experiences in a more meaningful way.

Qigong incorporates static and dynamic postures, sound healing, meditation and gentle breathwork to harmonise our own 'life force' (Qi) with the energies of the earth and cosmos. When we are in harmony with the natural world we can create physical and emotional harmony within our body, mind and spirit.

Growing up as a child and into adulthood with chronic muscle and limb pain and chronic fatigue, I began to explore and use the internal energy healing arts to support my condition over 20 years ago. These internal practices of self-cultivation have transformed my life in ways I find hard to describe in words.
These methods have allowed me to get to know my body/mind connection, release built-up tension and stress and explore the limitations of my body and subconsciousness.
I have taken a very personal journey that has led me to where I am today and will continue to guide me as I walk the internal energy arts path.

I hope that by joining me, you too can get to know yourself as you explore your movement and awareness at your own pace, in your own time. Reconnecting with and harmonising your own body/mind/spirit with universal energies and coming back to the true you.

I offer regular classes and in-depth workshops, online and in person. This can be in a public group setting or personal 1:1 sessions that are tailor-made for your personal needs and journey.
