A 4 week introduction course for beginners to get you feeling ready to join our mixed ability classes. Learn the basic moves, transitions and spins. Improve strength and flexibillty. Learn to put your new skills into sequences.
Instructions
Please wear tight fitting shorts and a comfy top
It is not advised to have a shower just before you come or be wearing body lotion or hand cream
