In the event of a cancellation, bookings will normally be transferred to the next available date unless clients specifically request otherwise. If a booking or date is cancelled or a date is transferred with short notice of the course taking place, Actsafe Training Services Ltd reserves the right to apply the following charges:
More than 28 days 0% of course fee is levied.
15 – 28 days 25% of course fee is levied.
5 – 14 days 50% of course fee is levied.
Less than 5 days or non-attendance without notice 100% of course fee is levied.
