Elements of nervous system regulation and modern pain science are woven throughout, making this class especially supportive for those experiencing ongoing tension, stress, or chronic pain conditions.

This ticket is to cover the 5-week term of Yoga Sessions x 1 session a week. This option is at a reduced cost to the drop-in rate. Transfers of sessions to an alternate date will not be allowed. Transfers between Studio & Zoom sessions are permitted - you will need to contact Aimee to arrange this. Should the class be cancelled, you will be credited the session on your next booking.
