All bookings for AKDA are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of AKDA. If you are unable to attend, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will consider your circumstances.

If AKDA needs to cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund for your ticket.
