Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 5 or more days before the scheduled experience will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours to 5 days before the scheduled experience will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

In the event that an experience is cancelled by the instructor due to weather, unsafe conditions, horse welfare, or other circumstances beyond our control, participants will receive the option to reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund.
