THE DAY WILL RUN AS FOLLOWS (subject to change):-

• Arrival, nourishment and welcome

• 2 hour Psychic Development Workshop (please see info below) with Q&A

• Lunch break (please bring your own lunch)

• 1 hour Sound Bath with Full Moon Meditation

• Nourishment break / walk

• Women's Empowerment Circle Meditation in the meadow or on the lawn (weather permitting, inside if wet)

• Reflection, nourishment, goodie boxes & farewells.

• Optional wild swimming at your own discretion and risk.

Psychic Development Workshop - Exact content to be announced, however, with much experience in running psychic development workshops and psychic circles, the content for the Retreat will run along the same lines, with the aim to tune into and practice your own psychic abilities, which we all have!

Kaz of Angel Light Therapies - based in West Kingsdown, Sevenoaks - has extensive professional experience as a Psychic Medium, Sound Therapist, Energy Healer and Spiritual Mentor.

Kaz is delighted that she will be assisted on the day by Karen, who is a qualified Crystal Healing Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner.
