THE DAY WILL RUN AS FOLLOWS (subject to slight change):-

10am-10.30am – Arrival, welcome & grounding, refreshments

10.30am-12.30pm – Psychic Development Workshop

• Rebalancing the 7 Main Chakras using pendulums
• Psychometry exercise
• Q&A / discussion time

12.30pm-1.30pm – Lunch

1.30pm-2.30pm – Sound Bath with meditation

2.30pm-3.15pm – Break for refreshments & walks around grounds

3.15pm-4pm – Women’s Empowerment Circle in the Forest Garden Field (weather permitting, in Granary if wet)

4pm-4.30pm – Reflection, refreshments & farewells

4.30pm-5.30pm – Optional wild swimming

Crystal Healing - Three optional spaces are also available to pre-book for a wonderful 30 minute Crystal Healing session on the day with Karen. This is for an additional cost of £20 on the day.

Kaz of Angel Light Therapies - based in West Kingsdown, Sevenoaks - has extensive professional experience as a Psychic Medium, Sound Therapist, Energy Healer and Spiritual Mentor.

Kaz is delighted that she will be assisted on the day by Karen, who is a qualified Crystal Healing Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner.
