TRANSFERS - Bookings can be transferred to any class of equivalent value at a later date, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the class start time.
CANCELLATIONS - Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before class start time. For drop-in purchases, a cancellation charge of 30p applies to cover the online transaction service fee. Clients will receive the rest of their refund within 10 working days. If using a class pack, the credit will automatically be refunded to the account. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund.
