Refund & Cancellation Policy
All bookings for AugmentifyAR training programmes are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms.
Participant Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the programme start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the programme start date are non-refundable.
Substitutions
Delegates may transfer their place to another eligible participant at no additional cost, provided written notice is received at least 5 working days before the programme start date.
Replacement participants must meet any prerequisite or eligibility requirements for the programme.
Non-Attendance
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure from the programme.
Programme Changes or Cancellation by AugmentifyAR
AugmentifyAR reserves the right to amend programme content, trainers, location, or schedule where necessary.
In the unlikely event that AugmentifyAR cancels a programme, participants will be offered either:
A full refund, or
A transfer to an alternative programme date.
AugmentifyAR shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation expenses.
