Axis Parties

Axis Parties are high-energy fun & expertly run from start to finish. With trampolines, gymnastics, games, and activities, every party becomes an unforgettable experience!

Parties include 1 hour in the gym followed by 30 minutes in our private party room/dance studio for food and celebrations. Bring your own food and drinks, decorate the space, and even play your child’s favourite tunes through our music system to create the perfect party. Saturday afternoon party slots are available at 1.45pm, 3.00pm, or 4.15pm.

🎉Preschool Parties

• Free play for up to 30 preschoolers - £255

These fun-filled free play experience includes a wide range of exciting equipment, from soft play, inflatable tracks, and our giant rainbow parachute to our full-sized trampolines, gymnastics equipment, and our amazing foam pit!

Children play freely with parents while our coaches ensure everything stays safe and fun. The session wraps up with fun group games before moving upstairs to the party room.

🎉School-Age Parties

• Structured play for up to 20 children - £255
• Structured play for 20 to 30 children - £345
*Please note that we do not offer free play parties for school-age children.

Children enjoy an action-packed hour of fun and games with our coaches leading the way, showing the group how to bounce, swing, and explore all of our gym – including full-sized trampolines, gymnastics equipment, air track, and our amazing foam pit!

Parents can relax in the café while we keep everyone entertained – then it’s upstairs to the party room to keep the celebration going.

Party Room

After an hour in the gym, your party will head upstairs to our party room/dance studio. The room offers a comfortable space to relax and celebrate, with the option to play your own music to set the vibe through our speaker system. We provide the tables and chairs so you can simply arrive and add your own food, drinks, party treats, and personal touches.

You’ll have exclusive use of the party room for 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes for clean-up assisted by our team. We ask that you please dispose of any mess in our recycling/rubbish bins or take it away with you.

Booking Terms & Conditions

When booking, a £100 deposit is required to secure your date and time slot. The remaining balance needs to be paid 1 month prior to your party. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the slot being forfeited.

At the end of your party, please leave the room tidy and finish on time so we can welcome the next group. The party organiser is responsible for ensuring the room is left tidy and vacated on time.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation will accrue loss of deposit. If cancellation takes place within 1 month of the party then a refund of the balance will only be possible if the party slot can be rebooked.

Cancellation - Terms and Conditions

PAYG Adult and all PAYG Preschool Sessions:
Sessions require 24 hours notice for cancellation. Any session cancelled less than 24 hours before it begins will unfortunately still be charged.

Termly Home Education Sessions / Preschool Gymnastics Sessions / Aerial Circus Sessions:
Taster sessions are offered for all of the above disciplines prior to committing to a termly booking which allows you the opportunity to assess whether the sessions are apporopriate.

A full refund is available up to 72 hours prior to the first booked session in the term taking place, and a 50% refund is available between 72 and 48 hours prior to the first booked session in the term taking place.

From 48 hours prior to the first booked session taking place, or after termly bookings have commenced, refunds are unfortunately not possble for any remaining sessions in that term which you may wish to be absent for.

Holiday Activity Sessions:
All bookings require an upfront payment. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking. A full refund is available up to 72 hours prior to the session and a 50% refund is available between 72 and 48 hours prior to the session. We reserve the right to retain payment if cancellation is within 48 hours.

Party Bookings:
Cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit. If cancellation occurs within 1 month prior to the party then refund of the balance will only be possible if the party slot can be re-booked.
