We understand that plans can change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking:
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event/class.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency), please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
To cancel, use the "View Booking" link in your confirmation email, or contact us directly.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g. PayPal, credit/debit card).
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
If we have to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered:
No-shows will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to amend this policy for special workshops or ticketed events (any changes will be clearly stated on the event page).
