Barre Fitness with Jess

Barre fitness is all about strengthening and toning - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

All classes incorporate a ballet barre for majority of session and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. We also incorporate mat work to focus more on core strength.

Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. In other words, the burn!!!

My classes (whilst focusing on the fitness element) are ran in a relaxed and sociable environment. We love a good natter in between but still get the job done.
