Let yourself be guided on an intuitive journey to a deeper connection with your body and your being.

This isn’t just a yoga class. It’s a transformative process that gives you insight into the whispers of your soul.

We meet at Thomas Cranmer Centre in Aslockton, a 30 minute drive away from Nottingham City Centre, to reconnect with ourselves, our bodies and nature.

What to expect:

• an opening circle with intention setting
• morning meditation and yoga practice
• plant-based lunch
• somatic movement
• energy rebalancing practice
• afternoon yoga
• Yoga Nidra
• connection with likeminded people

You don’t need any previous yoga or meditation experience. You will be guided every step of the way.

What's included:

• 2 yoga practices - all levels, beginners welcome
• Smoothie & lunch by Catalina’s Soulful Sips & Bites
• Tea, coffee and water throughout the day
• Yoga mats and props for the day
• A great time :)

What's not included:
Transfer to and from the venue but carpool can be arranged with other guests.
