The Breathing Space is a series of guided meditation sessions designed to help you slow down, find stillness, and reconnect with yourself. Each class blends mindful breathing, full body relaxation, and quiet presence to ease tension and restore balance.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have a regular practice, these sessions are open to all.
