At Boho Warrior Yoga, I believe yoga is more than just a practice - it’s a journey of self-discovery, empowerment and connection.

My approach blends mindful movement, breathwork and deep relaxation to help you find balance in your body, calm in your mind and peace in your soul.​

Whether you’re seeking to strengthen your body, relieve stress, or embrace stillness, my classes offer a safe and welcoming space for all.

From gentle yoga for beginners to specialized sessions for expectant and new mothers, each practice is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are and support your unique journey.

Join me to explore yoga as a tool for growth, healing, and transformation - both on and off the mat.

All weekly classes are available on a weekly 'pay as you go' option or you can purchase a class pass, a class pass is £45 for five weeks of classes to be used over six weeks. I know that life gets busy, and sometimes things come up, so this gives you an extra week to fit your five classes in without feeling like you’ve missed out.

Pregnancy and Postnatal classes are available as term time blocks or PAYG.
Saturday classes are available as monthly block bookings or PAYG.

Events can be booked individually.
