Bookings are non-refundable for change of mind.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another eligible BreathVana session, subject to availability, provided the transfer is made at least 24 hours before your booked session.

Cancellations, transfer requests or changes made within 24 hours of the session, as well as non-attendance, will generally result in the booking being forfeited.

If BreathVana cancels or postpones a session, you’ll be offered the choice of transferring your booking to another suitable session, attending the rescheduled date, or receiving a refund.

Special offers, promotional tickets and discounted bookings are non-refundable unless BreathVana cancels the event.
