CANCELLATIONS
All pitch payments received are non-refundable.
IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL.
On the very rare occasion Bridwell Park Estate cancels a Market day due to heavy rainfall, high winds, or for any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control relating to the health, safety and integrity of the event, we will:
Communicate this decision to all attending pitches at the earliest possible opportunity in the day(s) leading up to the event - aiming to publish a final decision at the very latest by 6pm the night prior.
Reschedule any dates where possible, and port pitch booking payments to a future replacement date for you, subject to small administration charge.
IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL.
If you are unable to attend a booked and paid for Market Day, please notify us as soon as you can by email to ensure we have a communication paper trail, and to help us re-sell your pitch space and rejig our event floor plans which takes a lot of meticulous planning. Full consideration will be applied to the potential transfer of a paid pitch booking to a future Market date, subject to category availability, fair notice, and management discretion.
REPEAT CANCELLATIONS & LATE PAYMENTS POLICY Repeat late cancellations and/or late payments will lead to the Market management team seriously considering your participation at a future event.
