You do not need to be a confident swimmer to attend this course.
NOT SUITABLE for anyone:
<12 weeks gestation
over 25 stone in weight
Recurrent Antenatal Bleeding
Heart conditions
Preterm Rupture of Membranes
Poorly controlled Diabetes
Severe Anaemia (low iron)
Any Current Infections (e.g. Ear, throat or any D+V)
Urinary or Vaginal Infections
