NOT SUITABLE for anyone:
<12 weeks gestation
over 25 stone in weight
Recurrent Antenatal Bleeding
Heart conditions
Preterm Rupture of Membranes
Poorly controlled Diabetes
Severe Anaemia (low iron)
Any Current Infections (e.g. Ear, throat or any D+V)
Urinary or Vaginal Infections

It is crucial that you go at your own pace and rest during the class when you feel needed. There is a seating area next to the pool if required.
