Class bookings are non-refundable, however you can transfer your booking to a class on a different day or time. To do this you must process the transfer up to 2 DAYS BEFORE the original class. If you received discount or used a flexi-pass the class you transfer to must be within the 8 week window of the first class of that booking or pass. Please note you can only transfer a class booking once.
