Clarty Art – Refund Policy
At Clarty Art, we understand that plans can change. Please read our booking and refund policy carefully before booking classes, workshops or events.
Weekly Classes
Bookings for regular classes are non-refundable within 48 hours of the session start time.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the session, a transfer or credit may be offered where possible.
Missed sessions or non-attendance cannot be refunded or transferred.
Workshops, Camps & Special Events
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a refund minus any booking fees.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable unless the space can be filled from a waiting list.
If Clarty Art needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop or event, a full refund or transfer option will be offered.
Illness
If your child is unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to help where we can, but refunds cannot be guaranteed for short-notice cancellations.
Behaviour & Safety
Clarty Art reserves the right to refuse attendance or ask a participant to leave if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. In these circumstances, refunds will not be provided.
Drop-Off Sessions
Some sessions allow children to be dropped off and are supervised by a qualified teacher with enhanced DBS certification and public liability insurance. Please ensure emergency contact details are provided when booking.
Booking Transfers
Transfers to another date or session are offered at the discretion of Clarty Art and subject to availability.
