If you wish to cancel your booking please let me know as soon as possible.
You can cancel your booking by either phone, email or messaging.
If you cancel five days before the booking date I will refund all the monies paid.
If you cancel less than five days but more than 24hrs before the booking I will refund 50% of all the monies paid.
If you cancel less than 24hrs before the booking the no refund will be issued.
Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
