I'm Amy, owner of Fitness & Sound with Amy. I adore holding a safe space for you all to come along to either work on your strength and fitness or to find your moment of calm and stillness. Both are so powerful and rewarding for me.

My ethos - inspiring you to love your mind and body. I always encourage moving your body with love. Not punishing it or trying to burn loads of calories. I love encouraging you to really see what your body can do and how your fitness, mood, strength, and mental health can change from coming along to a session. I have loved creating a welcoming space for everyBODY to come along and join in! Beginners, regulars, and past participants are ALWAYS welcome 💜

If you're nervous about coming to a class, I hope this helps ease any anxiety, and you'll be greeted with lots of love, encouragement, and a safe space ✨️

Cancellation policy - Refunds will be given (minus booking fee) if you would like to cancel within 48 hours of the class. Transfers will be offered 24 hours before the class. NO refunds/Transfers will be given on the day of the class or for no-shows
