Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so you can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the class.

Cancellations made 12+ hours before class:

• Your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a £12.50 credit to use towards another class.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class:

• Unfortunately, your booking will be non-refundable and no credit will be issued.

No-shows:

• If you don't attend your booked class and haven't cancelled within the cancellation period, your booking will be forfeited and no credit or refund will be given.

Credits are issued as a unique discount code and can be used towards a future class. Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can only be used once.

If a class is cancelled by the teacher, you will be offered the choice of transferring your booking to another class or receiving a full refund.
