Choose a time slot that fits your regular, weekly availability Step 2: Let us know what support and help you are looking for and pay for your initial consultation. You will receive a booking reference once your registration has been submitted Step 3: We will get in touch by email and offer you an initial consultation suited to your individual needs and chosen slot
After your initial consultation: You can book additional consultations directly with your therapist or coach. There is no set time limit for the work and you only pay for the consultations you book. Please bear in mind that it won’t be possible to change your weekly timings. Subsequent sessions will take place each week, on the same day and time as your initial consultation. If your time slot no longer works or your therapist or coach isn't the right fit, come back here and book another appointment. We will do our best to offer you suitable help and support with another team member.
