Welcome to Huddle & Bliss
I’m Sherry Prosser, an Infant & Maternal Wellbeing Specialist based at The Maple Tree Clinic in Northampton. I support parents, babies and women to build strong, calm, connected foundations — from pregnancy and the fourth trimester through to midlife transitions.

My work combines nervous system regulation, bonding and attachment, developmental insight, digestion and settling support, and gentle, evidence-informed care for both mother and baby. I also work with women navigating hormonal change, including perimenopause and post-menopause, supporting regulation, restoration and reconnection with the body during this often overlooked life stage.

Alongside my private practice, I provide specialist infant wellbeing support within Residential Family Assessment Units, working closely with staff teams to strengthen parent–baby relationships in more complex circumstances.

Whether you are navigating a fractious baby, birth trauma, feeding tension, digestive discomfort, hormonal upheaval, nervous system overload, or simply wanting to lay the very best foundations for your family or yourself, I’m here to help you feel calmer, more confident and deeply supported.

In addition to my signature classes and workshops, I offer Half-Day and Full-Day Home Calm Sessions — restorative, unhurried in-home support that brings calm, comfort and clarity into your fourth trimester or into periods of significant transition, including menopause. These sessions allow me to observe natural rhythms, offer emotional support, and gently guide regulation — whether that’s for a baby, a parent, or both.

My approach is warm, no-fluff, and grounded in science. I believe that babies, parents and women thrive when they feel seen, held and understood — and every part of my work reflects that.
