Please note all cancellations are unfortunately non-refundable, so please only book a session if you are certain you can make it. If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms for Covid, please do not book or attend any sessions.
In the event that we have to cancel a swim session or we are closed due to circumstances beyond our control, we can transfer the booking to another date/time. In such an event, a member of our team will contact you to rearrange your booking.
