Cancellation and Refund policy

To keep our classes running smoothly and ensure spaces are available to everyone, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all bookings.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the class
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the class start time, you may receive a full refund or transfer your booking to another available class.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the class
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable and cannot normally be transferred, as the space may not be possible to fill at short notice.
No-shows
If you do not attend your booked class and have not cancelled in advance, no refund or credit will be provided.
Class cancellations by the instructor
If a class is cancelled by the instructor or organiser, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another class.
Exceptional circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency or exceptional situation, please contact us as soon as possible. Each situation will be considered individually.
Booking transfers
Where permitted, bookings may be transferred to another class, subject to availability. Please contact us before the class starts to request a transfer.
By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and refund terms.
