All Refunds and transfers are at the discretion of LaW

• Transfers - You have 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event to request a transfer or refund. Requests can be made by emailing us at enquiries@laughandworkout.com

*Some classes may not be transferable or refundable. If you have any queries, please contact us before you book a class or event.

The transferring of each ticket can only be done once.

Non attendance:
Classes will not be transferred/refunded if notice is not given no less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the class or event.

Refunds
No refunds will be given for classes cancelled by you (the purchaser) if you have not adhered to the aforementioned notice period.

A refund/transfer will be applicable if we (LaW) or the nominated instructor has cancelled a class or classes that you (the purchaser) have already paid for.
If in doubt contact us (LaW) prior to payment.
