24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

-Where you can, if you need to cancel any bookings please try to allow a 24 hour period prior to the session date. This will enable us to work our way through our waiting lists for each session to help more families access our sessions. We do understand that sometimes illness crops up unexpectedly, therefore please make contact ASAP.
-Where a contribution has been made, if you cancel your spaces 24 hours or less before the event/activity, you will NOT recieve a refund.

COVID Tests:

-If you are booked to attend a child-based session and you or your child are not well, we do ask that you take a COVID test where possible. If you do not have any COVID tests to hand, we ask that you cancel your spaces. With the current new strain making the rounds, it is our duty of care to protect our staff and families accessing the sessions. We do not have the staff capacity to continue to provide our sessions, therefore will be forced to cancel and close the hub should our staff be taken ill.

Child-Based Session Bookings:

-Please select the correct number of tickets to reflect the number of attendees (for example for 2 adults 2 children, please select 4 tickets)
-If you cannot request the required number of tickets, please make contact with our admin team where we can help you further.
-Please DO NOT only book 1 ticket to cover your entire family., These are not accurate numbers.

Bookings:

-Please only book 1 child based session per week.
