Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Little Nest Play Village, all bookings are made for a specific date and time, and spaces are limited.
All bookings are non-refundable, except where Little Nest Play Village is unable to provide the Session you have booked. If you are unable to attend your booked Session for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If, for any reason, we cannot provide the Session you have booked, you will have the choice of attending an alternative Session free of charge, subject to availability, or cancelling your booking and receiving a full refund.
If you are unable to attend your booked Session, you may transfer your booking to an alternative future Session, provided you request the transfer at least 24 hours before your booked Session. Transfers can be made through our booking system and are subject to availability. The alternative Session must be live and available for booking at the time of the transfer.
If you do not attend your booked Session and have not transferred your booking at least 24 hours beforehand, the booking will be treated as a missed Session and no refund or transfer will be offered.
Sessions run for a set period and finish at the advertised time. If you arrive late, we are unable to extend your Session or provide additional playtime.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or significantly change a Session, we will contact
you as soon as possible and provide the options outlined above.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
