All bookings are non-refundable.

Rearranging Your Booking

If you can no longer attend your booked session, you may rearrange your booking to another available session provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be transferred or credited.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no-show and cannot be refunded, transferred or credited.

How to Rearrange

To rearrange your booking, please contact us before the 48-hour notice period expires. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred alternative date, subject to availability.

Our Right to Cancel

If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of:

Transferring your booking to another available session; or
Receiving a full refund.
