Barring extenuating circumstances, cancellation refunds will be issued as follows:
--Cancellations with over 31 days remaining until first class will receive a full refund
--Cancellations with 15-30 days remaining until first class will receive 50% refund
--Cancellations 0-14 days remaining until first class are non-refundable
