A single event can be cancelled or transferred 7 days before the start time. Refunds are not automatically processed, please email us at hello@mudclub.co.uk upon cancellation. The booking fee will be deducted from the ticket cost.

For block bookings or when notice is given less than 7 days before the start of the event, there will be no credits, refunds or transfers for sessions booked but not used, even in the case of your child being off sick. However, if Mud Club cancels an event, a refund will be offered or the chance to carry payment over to a future session to the same value.

For our holiday clubs refunds will only be issued for medical reasons supported by a doctors note.
