Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your first class will receive a full refund.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the class will result in you losing your space and entitlement to a refund.
Once classes have started, refunds or transfers can’t be offered for missed sessions, illness, or holidays
If a class is cancelled by Mummy, Me & Sensory, you’ll receive a refund or credit for that session.
