While tickets are non-refundable, you can easily transfer your ticket up to 4 hours before our session. To transfer to a friend, click on 'View Booking' in your confirmation email and update the attendee name AND email address. To transfer to a new date, click 'transfer' in your confirmation email and select your new date.
