Themes will be decided upon dependent on either the moon or other timely events, to help us to reconnect with ourselves and the elements/seasons.
wear comfortable clothes.
please be prepared with a yoga mat.

Yoga Strap - Dressing Gown belt
Blanket
Bolster - Bed Pillows (I recommend 3)
