Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the class starts.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class, including on the day of the class, are non-refundable and the full class fee will be charged.

If you do not attend your booked class without notifying me, this will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund or credit will be given.

Refunds will only be issued if:

• A class is cancelled by On Count with Emily.
• An exceptional circumstance is agreed at my discretion.
