We're all looking for a vessel to find our best selves. These workshops offer insight and support without judgment. If you're looking to mindfully approach the new year which aligns with your highest values and biggest dreams.
What to expect
The morning begins with yoga aligned to the season to loosen the knots and deepen the breath. We'll then eat together and begin a coaching session. Finally we'll end the session with breathing and meditation.
You don't need any prior experience of yoga or coaching to enjoy these workshops.
