Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
Once a place has been booked and payment has been received, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, illness, holidays, or changes in personal circumstances.
If a participant is unable to attend a session, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or transfers to alternative dates.
In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by us, an alternative session, credit, or refund will be offered at our discretion.
