Cancellation Policy

Paddle West may have to change or cancel/postpone an advertised activity. This would normally only be due to adverse weather conditions or other factors outside our control.

In this situation we will contact you to provide an activity, time or date. If one cannot be found that works for you and us - we will provide a full refund.

If you find you need to cancel, we will provide a full refund if notified 7 days or more before the planned activity.

If cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours before the activity start time a 50% refund will be provided.

If cancelled less than 48 hours before the start time of the activity - no refund will be provided
