🌟 MANAGE YOUR EXISTING BOOKINGS IN THE CUSTOMER PORTAL 🌟

➡️ If you already have a login and password for the booking system:

  • Click the login button (above right) and login with your username and password.
  • Then, click "View Bookings" or "Account" (also above right) to see all your bookings.
  • Once you're in, you may be offered the opportunity to view your account via the new portal. I highly recommend this option - it's much easier for you to see your bookings and more.

➡️ If you do not have a login and password:

  • Go back to the relevant booking confirmation email
  • Click the link, and follow the steps.
  • Next time you make a booking, be sure to set a password. This will make your life easier next time :)

I want your experience with Paradise Yoga to be smooth and enjoyable. To keep things fair for everyone, please read the cancellation and refund policies carefully. Different event types have different terms.

🧘🏽‍♂️ REGULAR CLASSES (Gentle Yoga, Slow Stretch, Move & Melt, etc.)

  • More than 24 hours before class start: Full refund (less any bank fees), or credit back on your pass, or transfer to another class.
  • Less than 24 hours before class start: No refund, credit, or transfer permitted.
  • No-show: No refund, credit, or transfer.
  • If I cancel the class: You will receive a full refund.

😇 ZEN SESSIONS, DEEP YIN, ONE-DAY RETREATS
These longer events have different terms due to limited spaces and preparation requirements.

  • 15 or more days before event start: Full refund (less any bank fees), or transfer to another date.
  • 7 to 14 days before event start: No refunds, but you may transfer to another date.
  • Less than 7 days before event start: No refunds or transfers.
  • No-show: No refund or transfer.
  • If I cancel the event: You will receive a full refund.

Important Notes

  • If you are genuinely unwell with something contagious, pretty please stay home. Just let me know, and you will get a full refund/credit/transfer.
  • All refunds are processed back to the original payment method, less any bank or payment processing fees.
  • Transfers are subject to availability.
  • By booking, you agree to these cancellation and refund policies.
