Cancellations & Missed Sessions

• We need at least 24 hours notice if you can’t attend.
• Less than 24 hours notice means the session can’t be refunded or credited.
• If we can fill your space, we may offer a credit – this isn’t guaranteed.
• In the first instance, if a place is cancelled by you, then you will be offered a credit to use against another booking. If you wish for a refund this will be minus an admin fee of £5 per transaction.

If we have to cancel a session, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
