I have been practising Pilates for 30 years, I became a Qualified Teacher 10 years ago! Level 3 Mat - And fully comprehensively Apparatus trained (Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Chair etc plus small equipment) plus 500 hours of study and completion of The Lolita's Legacy Intensive Course. Lolita San Miguel is one of the oldest living elder generation of Pilates Teachers, she was both taught and certified by Joseph Pilates - The founder of the Pilates method! Lolita is STILL practising and teaching Pilates!
