Pixie's Yoga Mat refund and cancellation policy
Regular timetabled classes
Attendee cancellation up to 24 hours before the class: You may transfer your ticket to the next available class, or please contact Patricia to do so. No refunds are issued.
Attendee cancellation less than 24 hours before the class: You can no longer transfer your ticket. No refunds are issued. Please warn Patricia if you can't attend the class you booked on.
Teacher cancellation: Patricia will inform attendees of class cancellation and transfer their ticket to the next available class.
Courses and ad-hoc events
Attendee cancellation: No refunds are issued for courses or ad-hoc events.
Teacher cancellation: If due to unforeseen circumstances Patricia needs to reschedule a course or ad-hoc event, she will contact individuals signed up to offer them different options available (refund or reschedule to new date)
