CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

2.1 All cancellations must be requested either by email natalie@prosafeconsultants.com or call us on 01903 863204 (9am – 2pm business hours).

2.2 A 24 hour cooling off period will apply to all bookings from the date booking is made, during this time cancellations or transfers are free of charge.

2.3 For Online Payment Bookings Only:
• Cancellation 0 - 6 days prior to the course date – are regrettably not eligible for refund
• Cancellation between 7- 14 days prior to the course date – Will be refunded 50% of the course fee booked.
• Cancellation 15 days and more, prior to the course date – Will be refunded 100% of the course fee booked.
• Any refunds will be made within 5 working days of request.

2.4 For Invoiced Bookings (not paid for online) Only:
• Cancellation less than 7 Days (0-6 days) prior to the course date – 100% of the course fee is payable.
• Cancellation between 7- 14 days prior to the course date – 50% of the course fee is payable
• Cancellation 15 days and more, prior to the course date – 0% of the course fee is payable

2.5 Cancellation of Courses by Prosafe Consultants
Prosafe Consultants reserve the right to cancel, alter or rearrange courses without liability and as they deem necessary (although attempts will be made to avoid this as much as possible). In such an event, attendees will be offered alternative courses or a full refund. Any such refunds will be made within 5 working days of request.
