We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund process.
• More than 7 days before the course:
A full refund will be issued.
• Within 7 days of the course (but more than 24 hours before):
A 50% refund will be issued.
• Within 24 hours of the course or non-attendance:
No refund will be provided.
All refund requests or queries should be submitted via email to accounts@rfhealthcare.co.uk.
RF Healthcare Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses where necessary. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
